Privacy Policy

Product and platform reviews

When you submit a review, we store your account identifier, rating, comment, submission dates, publication acknowledgement and moderation status. Approved ratings and comments appear publicly as “CompareGhana member”; we do not display your email address or account name. Please leave personal and confidential information out of your comment.

Authorised administrators and editors moderate submissions for relevance, spam, abusive content and private information. Critical and positive reviews follow the same standards. You can edit or delete your own review on the page where you submitted it. Edits return to moderation. Deleting your account removes its reviews; deleting a product removes its product reviews. Deleted data may remain in backups until those backups expire.
