Common questions

How do I compare products?

Browse products, select two different products and open the comparison. Review their specifications and available retailer offers before choosing where to buy.

Do I buy directly from CompareGhana?

Purchases take place on the retailer’s website. The retailer handles payment, delivery, returns and warranties. For an existing order, contact the retailer you purchased from.

Why is a price unavailable or different at the retailer?

Public retailer offers require a recent stock and price verification. An offer can disappear when verification expires, a check fails, or it is sold out or paused. Prices and availability can change between checks, so confirm the final amount with the retailer before paying.

How do I create an account or reset my password?

Create an account and enter the verification code sent to your email. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder. Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to request a reset link. You can edit your profile, change your password or delete your account from My account.

Where are my recently viewed products?

Open Recently viewed after visiting a product’s details page. Website history belongs to your current browser tab, rather than syncing across devices. You can clear it from the history page.

Why do insurance packages say Request a quote?

A published premium is shown only when a sourced amount is available. Otherwise, request a quote directly from the insurer. Confirm the premium, benefits, exclusions, excess and eligibility with the insurer. CompareGhana does not issue insurance policies.

How do I report an incorrect offer or package?

Email us with the CompareGhana page link, provider or retailer name, and a short description of the mismatch. Include the retailer’s source link if available. Do not include passwords, verification codes or payment details.
